Based on their comprehensive analysis of the situations both in China and abroad, the participants of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18^th CPC Central Committee concluded that while conditions are quite sufficient, many formidable tasks remain in ensuring that Chinese society becomes moderately prosperous in all respects within the set time frame.
